AusNet Services Level 26
In response to significant company growth, AusNet Services acquired a tenancy on Level 26 of Freshwater Place for immediate occupation. Despite occupying immediately, AusNet were looking to refurbish the space to meet its needs.
Simbuilt were commended on being able to deliver this fit-out without disruption to AusNet’s employees and their business function.
An important consideration throughout the project was the need to accommodate the 80 staff members and ensure that their work was to remain uninterrupted through the duration of the project. This required staging and coordination with the end users to ensure a smooth workflow for both Simbuilt and AusNet.
