Simbuilt transforms Opal’s local head office with a stunning refresh of reception, amenities and kitchen areas to facilitate their rapidly growing needs. Since their inception on the banks of the Yarra River in 1868, Opal continues to be an industry leader 150 years on. Opal’s paper and manufacturing has operations in Australia and New Zealand, making it one of Australasia’s leading packaging companies whilst exporting product to over 70 countries around the world.
The fit out was completed in a 'live' environment whilst occupied and required significant coordination and care.
Simbuilt demolished the existing reception, bathroom, mailroom and several meeting room spaces. A completely new revamped reception, bathrooms, kitchen and tea point areas were built to align with the client's growing business.
