RACV L11 Smartplace Fitout

Simbuilt recently completed a high-calibre fitout at RACV Smart Place L11, located at 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne. This project enhances the RACV City Club’s impressive offerings in the heart of the CBD.

A key challenge involved constructing feature stairs with structural penetration. The saw cutting in a live environment demanded precise communication and technical expertise to achieve a successful outcome. The fitout features premium materials and finishes in a refined tan and blue palette, ensuring a cohesive visual experience, reflecting Simbuilts commitment to quality.
