Thorne Harbour Health
This large three story red brick industrial building was originally built in 1919. Over three months during difficult COVID-19 restrictions, Simbuilt transformed all three levels of the building into a vibrant and modern facility that will create an inclusive and safe environment for the LGBTI+ Community.
The build focused on OHS in a medical setting, infection control, access and mobility with acoustic privacy
The space included medical consulting rooms, counseling rooms and conference rooms. A modern, open and vibrant office facility was also created for admin staff along with staff breakout areas and amenities for all to enjoy.
