Simbuilt delivered the transformation of the University of Melbourne Student Union kitchen and bar, creating a modern and highly functional hospitality space within the Parkville campus. The project included a new commercial kitchen, bar, joinery and extensive service upgrades to support the operation of a busy commercial venue.

Complex coordination across multiple trades included beer line reticulation, mechanical and fire service upgrades, RGB lighting installations and polished concrete finishes, delivering a sophisticated and engaging student space.
