Ballam Park Primary School
Simbuilt has constructed this new Administrative Building for Ballam Park Primary School which has become the centrepiece for the school.
Simbuilt committed several months prior to award, working with the client and architect through the redesign phase whilst providing value management advice to meet the clients budget.
We were able to lower the overall cost of the project, without reducing the size, scale or quality of the build.
