Simbuilt transformed this double floor fit out several weeks early despite Covid-19 interruptions and the space being occupied throughout the works by Mills Oakley employees. Every element came together beautifully to provide an elegant working space.
This project consisted of four separate stages over six months.
This gave complexity within the project as Simbuilt had to allow for its client to access part of the floors for client meetings and interaction. The stylish refurbishment included the Mills Oakley Reception, 13 meeting rooms, and the addition of over 20 new offices.
