Benetas Clarinda on the Park

Simbuilt was tasked by Benetas Aged Care Facilities to complete a refurbishment and upgrade to the facilities at Clarinda on the Park. The design incorporated adding 21 new ensuites to rooms, a new dining area, commercial kitchen and laundry along with a freshen up of the outdoor surrounds leaving the residents with a modern elegant indoor outdoor experience.
