Distinguished law firm Moores were relocating to Hawthorn after many years in Box Hill. Having found a location and an architect, the initial quotes from builders came in over budget. Simbuilt were invited to provide a quotation, including cost saving options where they could be found. The Simbuilt solution included significant savings whilst preserving the original design intent.
By taking an in-depth look at the project, changes focused on the internal construction of the partitions and windows as well as finding more efficient solutions for the joinery construction and LED panels. The finished space provided a light-filled, open, collaborative space: a significant upgrade from their previous office.
