Matilda Bay Brewery
Australia’s original craft brewery, Matilda Bay, is now calling Victoria’s pristine Yarra Valley home. Their new home is an eye-catching small-batch brewery in Healesville, with a restaurant and bar attached.
This project consisted of a complete 'strip out' of the former Giant Steps Winery. The space will be transformed into a new brewery, bar and restaurant with a modern design to bring a feeling of grandness and stature.
The fifty square metre Bar, the Stainless Steel Brewery System hanging from the eight metre high ceilings, the three metre high Feature Windows and the new Timber Decking 'Giant Steps' each play a role in making the Matilda Bay Brewery so grandiose.
Throughout the project, Simbuilt maintained an agile and responsive approach to the evolving project requirements. With the high expectations, Simbuilt completed this project to the highest standard, allowing us to cement a strong relationship with Carlton United Breweries.
