Phở Nom Melbourne Central

Simbuilt was approached by EAT Architects to build Jerry Mai’s latest restaurant, Pho Nom, at Melbourne Central. Envisioning an aesthetic design for her restaurant, Simbuilt created a space which showcases her authentic ‘quick serve’ Vietnamese food.

Pho Nom Vietnamese Eatery – The level of service and quality demonstrated by Simbuilt was first class. They were highly communicative and clear throughout the entire process – pre and post construction. They responded and built in a timely manner – I would highly recommend them for your next project. Give them a go!” – Eid Goh, Director – EAT Architects
